Our client is a locally owned and operated oilfield transportation company based out of British Columbia since 1998.
They specialize in the transport of sand and gravel, hazardous waste, sawdust all the way to the demobilization, and mobilization of tank farms, rig camps, test equipment, as well as the movement of service rigs.
Currently, they are looking to add a new member to their dynamic team in the Truck Driver position.
Job Qualifications:
- Class 1 with air brakes required.
- All other applicable standard oilfield tickets considered an asset.
- Pre-employment d & a test required.
- For drivers who operate vehicles equipped with air brakes an air brake endorsement (Z) is required.
- May require completion of an accredited driver training course, through a vocational school or community college.
- Good English Communication is an asset.
- At least 3 years or more related experience is an advantage.
- Completion of secondary school maybe required.
Job Description:
- Make sure cargo is properly secured equivalently with the safety requirements and follow safety procedures.
- Performance of pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment, and accessories such as tires, lights and turning signals, brakes, and cold storage.
- Cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption recordings.
- Bills of lading and manually or electronically maintain logbooks administration.
- Emergency roadside repairs maybe perform.
- May drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
- Trip logistics planning and acquire documentation to transport goods.
- Operate and drive tractor-Trailor, long-combination vehicle, and straight-body trucks to transport materials over long distances.
- Cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption recording.
- Majority of work includes facility work and service rig moves.

Our client provides custom field cleaning services, their team of trained and experienced professionals provide the cleaning services required.
The team holds high safety standards and First Aid, H2S, and WHMIS. They also provide all necessary safety equipment such as full fire-retardant coveralls, boots, hard hats, and additional equipment for specific jobs.
This energetic group is currently looking for additional manpower in the Janitorial / Cleaner position.
Job Qualifications:
- WHMIS 2015
- Hazard Identification
- First Aid (If Site access required)
- H2S Alive (If site access required)
- CSO Safety Orientation, PST or CSTS (If required)
- Incident Investigation (If required)
- Understand Media responses for any event involving Mayfield Cleaning worksite, equipment, and personnel.
- Have a valid Class 5 driver’s license.

- Previous cleaning experience may be required and an advantage.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Operation of industrial vacuum to draw out dirt, scraps, heavy debris, and other litter.
- Empty garbage cans and other waste containers.
- Be able to lift and move heavy objects as they pertain to cleaning job scope
- Participate in training and all safety meetings offered by Mayfield Cleaning.
- Ensure protective equipment is properly used, stored, and replaced when necessary.
- Know and be prepared to deal with the hazards of your work and any specific hazards on the worksite by completing a Job Safety Analysis daily on every job site.
- Report every accident, incident, near miss and potential hazard to your supervisor and comply with regulatory requirements.
- In the event of incident or accident, cooperate with government investigators.
- Build, maintain, and develop positive professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
- Mop, scrub, sweep and wax floors, stairs, and hallways.
- May clean ice and snow from parking areas and pathways.
- May cut grass, tend grounds and plants.
- Disinfect and clean fixtures and washrooms.
- May move equipment, supplies and heavy furniture.
