Volte is a Licensed Foreign Workers Recruiter in British Columbia, this journey started with founder’s own experience of immigrating to Canada as an overseas worker. We have experienced the perspective of both job seeker and employer.

Our Simplified Method of Recruitment

1. Acceptance of Resume

Application comes from different individuals aiming to acquire overseas work. They come from any part of the world seeking to start a new life in Canada.

2. Assessment of Application

Every application is assessed based on their credentials and qualifications. Our meticulous process of screening the job seekers ends with providing you with qualified applicants to meet your expectations.

3. Employer Interview

Only qualified applicants who meet the qualifications and credentials of the employer will be interviewed. The employer selects amongst the qualified applicants and decides which candidate to add to the company’s workforce.

4. The Immigration Process

We will process the appropriate immigration application to finalize the hiring of foreign worker.

5. Start Work

Once the visa is approved the employer can schedule the foreign worker’s flight to Canada.

Note: The employer may need an LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment).
